Will I require Planning Permission for my conservatory roof?

Solid roof conversions of existing conservatories do not need planning permission.

For a new conservatory, planning permission may need to be sought and we can advise on the process.

Do I need Building Regulations for my conservatory roof?

Yes. All solid roof conversions require building regulations approval. We will handle all of this on your behalf.

Will I receive a Building Regulations certificate?

Yes. On completion, the Council will issue a completion certificate.

Is it correct that the aluminium structure of a pre-built roof can condensate and create problems?

Yes. It is correct that some pre-built roofs can have this problem.

However, Regency's bespoke design is built on site and insulated in a way that guarantees against this issue.

Will Regency arrange electricians, plasterers and other tradesmen as required?

Yes. Regency use their own qualified and trusted local tradesmen.

Do I get an honest guarantee?

Yes. Established in 1991, we're a long standing company and all Regency roofs carry a 10 year guarantee.

Can I get a free no-obligation quotation?

Yes. Regency do not employ salesmen and you deal direct with the owner.

Will you clear away all waste?

Yes. Regency will treat your property with care and always remove waste, leaving you with a clean and tidy conservatory ready for use at the end.

Will the work be carried out by qualified craftsmen?

Yes. We don't use just "trained" people. We are fully qualified craftsmen with over 40 years experience in the local building trade.
